Shipping costs and times are as follows:

Within Austria:

  • EUR 4.99 (with DHL tracked parcel service)
  • Delivery time: approx. 1-3 business days
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders of EUR 50 or more. 

Germany:

  • EUR 9.99 (with DHL tracked parcel service)
  • Delivery time: approx. 2-4 business days
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders of EUR 100 or more. 

European Union:

You have the option of selecting either standard post or tracked parcel service (DHL).

Standard post:

  • EUR 10.99 
  • Delivery time: approx. 5-15 business days
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders of EUR 120 or more. 

Tracked parcel service (DHL):

  • EUR 13.99 
  • Delivery time: approx. 3-8 business days
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders of EUR 150 or more. 

Europe (non-EU):

You have the option of selecting either standard post or tracked parcel service (DHL).

General shipping information

Parcels are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped either by DHL (tracked parcel service) or standard post according to the information set out above. If you prefer another type of delivery, please contact us before making your purchase. 

Please note that the above set out shipping times are only approximate values and may vary depending on local factors, such as customs inspections. We accept no responsibility for goods or arrival times once the ordered items have been shipped. Where items are shipped by DHL, we are happy to provide you with a link which allows you to track your parcel on-line.

Shipping costs include packaging and handling fees as well as postage costs. Shipping costs apply to each separate order. Items from one order are always shipped together, unless otherwise notified. Should you require separate shipping of items, please contact us in advance. 

Please note that you are responsible for any custom fees/local taxes that may be incurred on international orders in your country.

Return Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, or should you need to exchange an item, this can be done within 30 days, provided the goods have not been worn or washed, and are in exactly the same condition that they were in at the time of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first by email at mail@cheekyapple.com. Return shipments are at your own risk. We recommend you obtain proof of posting from your post office or parcel carrier when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to CheekyApple. Once we have received and verified the returned item(s) we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange. Please note that whether an item is deemed faulty and/or whether an item can be refunded, replaced or exchanged is solely up to our judgment.

In the case of faulty goods, we will refund the return shipping costs. Where a replacement or exchange product is sent, we will deliver this at our cost. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the original shipping costs where applicable.

In all other cases (e.g. change of mind, wrong choice of size or colour, etc.) you are responsible for the return shipping costs (please see information below on how to recover return shipping costs where payment was made via Paypal). The original shipping costs (where applicable) cannot be refunded by us. Any exchanges (except for in the case of faulty goods, as described above) are treated as a new order and will incur shipping costs. Where items have been shipped for free and are returned, any refunds made will be subject to deduction of the original shipping costs paid by CheekyApple for that particular order. Please note that refunds will only be made to the original payer.

Where payment for your order was made via Paypal, you may have the opportunity of recovering the return shipping costs directly from Paypal. Please contact Paypal for more information. Please note that this is a special service offered by Paypal for which CheekyApple can offer no guarantees.

Refunds can in all cases be replaced by a credit slip on your account which you can use for your next order.
